"The car buying experience was stressful from the time I began thinking about it. After finally deciding what kind of vehicle I was looking for, I set out to test drive and get pricing options. I got the runaround from 3 other similar size dealers because of my limited knowledge of the buying process, and my decent, yet limited, credit rating. I stumbled upon my Brian's ad for a Subaru Impreza. The ad didn't sound "too good to be true", like so many do. It was an honest description of the vehicle, and all details were true and correct upon personal inspection. Brian allowed me to test drive the Impreza on my own, unlike the 3 others dealerships. Once I decided that this was - hopefully - the car for me, he welcomed me into the office to casually sit down and review the financing options. This took place around 7:30p.m. on a Thursday. The following Friday morning he contacted me to inform me that financing had been approved at one of the local credit unions in my area - hooray! Once all the bank paperwork was completed, I went to the dealership to sign Motorsports paperwork and drive my new baby home! He made certain that new tires, windshield wipers, and O/L/F change was completed by the time I arrived to pick her up. The only item missing was the key-less entry remote that was on order. Once that arrived, Brian personally delivered and programmed the remote for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the end.
